Phase 1:
Eligible applicants must submit the Student-at-Large application to their home institution contact before March 3.
At least one letter of recommendation from a professor who is familiar with the student's work
Official academic records (official transcripts along with translations, if necessary)
Curriculum Vitae/Resume
English language competence: TOEFL Score Report with a minimum score of 104 (4 sub-scores of 26 each), or IELTS Score Report with a minimum score of 7 (sub-scores of 7), or Duo Lingo Score Report with a minimum score of 135 (4 sub-scores of 135 each)
