Below are brief descriptions of the Signature Class Events hosted by the College for second and third year students.
Signature Class Events
Signature Class Events take place in iconic venues around the city to celebrate undergraduate students and their many accomplishments as part of the UChicago community. Our hope is that these events offer students a chance to explore new parts of the city and celebrate with their friends outside of the classroom. The College is excited to host these events and we hope to see you there!
A Night Under the Stars
Dance the night away under the stars as the Adler Planetarium is transformed into one of Chicago's most exclusive venues. For this event, the historic domed theater will be transformed into one big dance floor featuring the mix of one of Chicago's premiere DJs.

Jazzin' at the Shedd Aquarium
Dance the night away with a live jazz band and DJ as the Shedd Aquarium is transformed into one of Chicago's most exclusive venues to celebrate the Class of 2026.
