For graduating students in the College, Convocation Weekend includes four main components: Class Day, MSI Dessert Reception, University Convocation, and the College Diploma Ceremonies. Information regarding these events will be released as details are confirmed throughout the academic year.

All graduating students will be assigned to a ceremony based on their first-year Residence Hall or last Hall of residency, wherever their current College House is located. Information regarding your ceremony will be included in your application for graduation, which will become available in early Winter Quarter.

Students can request a change. Details about the change request process will be included with the application for graduation, which will become available in early Spring Quarter. Any requests to change a ceremony site must be submitted by no later than the end of second week of Spring Quarter.

All College Diploma Ceremonies will be held on campus. The specific location and times for the nine diploma ceremonies will be updated via the University Convocation website.

Please visit the University's Convocation website for additional information.
