Description:

Join the UChicago Center for Effective Government and the Chicago Center on Democracy on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, from 9:00am to 12:00pm CDT for a set of virtual panel discussions with scholars and practitioners about the prospects of bureaucratic resistance to populism across the globe. This is a follow-up event to a U.S.-focused discussion we held in May 2021; this conversation will focus on Eastern Europe, Latin America, and global lessons.
