Each year the Physical Sciences Collegiate Division and the Physical Sciences Division present a teaching prize to graduate students, recognizing their exceptional teaching of College students. Up to three prizes of $1,000 and a certificate are awarded annually to those judged to have been most effective in undergraduate instruction in a physical science course during the previous year.
- Only University-affiliated individuals may nominate, with emphasis given to nominations from undergraduates.
- Submissions must be in the form of a typewritten page or email signed by the nominator, outlining the graduate student’s contributions to undergraduate education, either as graduate student Lecturer or Teaching Assistant.
- Submissions are due no later than Monday, June 17, 2019.
- Email Susan Rueth at firstname.lastname@example.org or hand-deliver to Stu Kurtz, Harper Room 235.
