The College awards the B.A. or the B.S. degree to qualified students who are recommended by the faculty. In order to qualify for the degree, you must complete the following:
Completion of a 'College Degree Application' form, which is available at the Office of the University Registrar (Admin 103) or the Advising Reception desk, and is due by Friday of the first week of the quarter of graduation. Return the completed form to either the Registrar's Office or the Advising Reception desk.
Note: If the name on the diploma will not match the name on the transcript, complete a 'Change of Name/Address' form. If you have questions, call the University Registrar at 773-702-7891.

By the start of the quarter of graduation, you should have:

Your CNet account and personal web page will be deactivated two quarters after graduation unless you are pursuing a graduate degree or employed by the University. The University of Chicago Alumni Association offers free, permanent email addresses.
